Bellway wins three awards at the Internal Communications & Engagement Awards 2025

Bellway has won three awards at the Internal Communications & Engagement Awards 2025 for our employee engagement app and desktop intranet, Pathway.

Pathway proudly took home the gold award for 'Best Use of Mobile or Apps', and also secured two silver awards for 'Best Engagement of a Disparate or Remote Workforce' and 'Best Internal Communications from the Property, Construction, and Facilities Management Sector'.

Pathway was launched in May 2024 after thorough planning and development, and it has been at the forefront of Bellway's internal communications transformation programme. With a workforce of nearly 3,000 employees nationwide, each with unique communication preferences, enhancing internal communications has been a huge task.

Pathway has been delivered with Staffbase, a leading internal communication platform, and has been a resounding success within the business. After just one year, it has achieved an impressive 85% engagement rate, which is well above industry standards.

Julia Skinner, Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Staffbase, said: "Bellway's dedication to transforming employee communications and reaching every corner of a diverse, dispersed workforce is truly inspiring. Here's to even more milestones ahead!"
