Six of the best for Bellway as `5 Star` rating secured again in 2022

Feedback from our customers has led to Bellway being awarded an industry-leading five-star rating from the Home Builders Federation (HBF) for the sixth consecutive year.

The prestigious accolade of 5 Star Homebuilder status is given to companies who achieve a 90 per cent or higher rating in the HBFs annual Customer Satisfaction Survey. This takes a snapshot of the views of customers moving into new-build homes in the past 12 months

Our score of 93.6% is one of the highest in the industry and reflects the fact that more than 9 in 10 of our customers would recommend us to a friend.

The HBF results demonstrated that the housebuilding industry as a whole had maintained a high level of customer satisfaction, with 91 per cent of new homeowners who completed the Customer Satisfaction Survey noting they would recommend their developer to a friend.
